Book Sales
Since our beginning as a fundraiser to sponsor a library telephone in 1981, the Friends of the Park Rapids Area Library book sales have funded many projects for the library, enriching the community. Today, such projects include New Baby book bags given to new parents at the Park Rapids hospital, Take and Make projects for youth and adults, Yesteryear Kits which provide sensory materials for individuals with memory issues, and the creation of a Smart meeting room.
