Material Donations
Donations of materials enhance the selection of the Friends of the Park Rapids Area Library Book Sales, our primary fundraising events. The books we sell might be used, but they still have the ability to expand horizons.
Frequently Asked Questions
What materials do the Friends accept?
Good condition print books of all genres, audio books, DVDs, and puzzles.
What materials are NOT accepted?
We are not able to accept textbooks, VHS, encyclopedias, and any materials that are moldy, musty, or otherwise damaged.
What happens with donated materials?
Donated materials are sold at our Books Sales which benefit the Park Rapids Area Library.
Where do I bring my materials?
Materials for donation can be brought to the Park Rapids Area Library during their open hours.
